Content Policy

xBALLS is a live sports community. To keep it safe for everyone, we have clear rules about what may be posted and we act quickly when they're broken. This policy applies to everything you post — text, images, GIFs, handles, and profiles.
Our commitment
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. There is no appeal that makes this content acceptable, and we remove it and remove the people who post it.
Prohibited content
You may not post, share, or link to any of the following:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — or any sexualization of minors. See below.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery — including "revenge porn" and any sexual content shared without consent.
- Hate speech — attacks or slurs based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Violence & threats — threats of harm, incitement of violence, or glorification of it.
- Self-harm — content that promotes or encourages suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders.
- Harassment & bullying — targeting, intimidating, or abusing another person.
- Sexually explicit / pornographic content.
- Spam, scams & deliberate misinformation.
- Illegal content — or content that facilitates illegal activity.
- Impersonation — posing as another person, or as xBALLS staff or an official account.
Zero tolerance. By using xBALLS you agree not to post any of the above, and not to harass or abuse other users. There is no tolerance for this content or behavior.
CSAM — absolute zero tolerance
Child sexual abuse material is illegal and abhorrent. We do not tolerate it in any form. We will:
- Remove the content immediately on discovery.
- Permanently ban the account and the person behind it.
- Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement.
How to report
You can report any post or user from inside the app — open the post's ⋯ menu and choose Report, or use ⋯ → Report Content from anywhere. You can also block any user so you no longer see one another; blocking works even without an account.
To report something urgently, or to report content you can't reach in the app, email support@xballs.live. Include the handle (e.g. @name), what you saw, and where you saw it.
Enforcement & response times
We review every report and act on objectionable content — including removing it and ejecting the offending user — within 24 hours. Urgent safety reports (CSAM, credible threats) are handled as fast as possible. Depending on severity we may:
- Remove the content.
- Warn, suspend, or permanently ban the account.
- Refer the matter to law enforcement.
Appeals
If you believe we removed your content or account in error, email support@xballs.live and we'll review it. Removals for CSAM or credible threats are final.
