Welcome to xBALLS. By downloading, accessing, or using the xBALLS app or xballs.live (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use xBALLS

You must be 18 years or older to use xBALLS. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may use app-store or device age signals to help enforce it.

2. It's free — no real-money gambling

xBALLS is free to play. There is no real-money wagering, no entry fees, and no cash prizes. xBALLS is a social app for tracking fantasy players and following live games. It is not a gambling service and is not a real-money daily fantasy sports operator.

3. Your account

You can browse as a guest. To post, react, follow, or build rosters you create an account with a handle you choose. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't impersonate others or choose a handle designed to mislead (for example, posing as xBALLS staff).

4. Community rules & your content

You own the content you post, but you grant us a license to host and display it so the Service can function. You are solely responsible for what you post.

By using xBALLS you agree to this rule. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

5. Reporting, blocking & moderation

You can report any post or user from inside the app, and you can block users so you no longer see one another. We review reports and act on objectionable content — including removing it and ejecting the offending user — within 24 hours. To report something urgently, email support@xballs.live.

6. Things you may not do

• Break the law, or use xBALLS for anything illegal.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post objectionable content as described above.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the Service, or abuse our systems.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

7. Sports data

Scores, stats, and fantasy points are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and may be delayed or inaccurate. Don't rely on them for any wagering or financial decision.

8. Termination

You can delete your account any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, xBALLS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
